Our executives and technical leaders work closely with the Department of War, federal agencies, commercial customers, and allied partners to deliver secure, mission-ready solutions. Guided by a strong commitment to our customers, their collective leadership ensures SealingTech delivers reliable, adaptable technology and services that support and protect critical missions.
Jake Nelson 
Vice President & General Manager
Jake came to SealingTech from Parsons and spent four years in strategy and technical leadership positions across the national security sector. He previously served 21 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he commanded the telecommunications unit for the Second Marine Division, was a founding member of Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command, served two deployments in Afghanistan, and retired from the Defensive Cyber Operations component of U.S. Cyber Command. Jake earned an MBA from Indiana University and a BS from the University of Minnesota.
Andres Giraldo
Chief Technology Officer
Andres is a highly accomplished cybersecurity professional renowned for his exceptional leadership and innovative contributions to the industry. A proud US Navy veteran, he earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Over the course of his career, he has been instrumental in driving innovative solutions for the Department of War (DoW) and is known for his commitment to understanding our customers' unique requirements and tailoring solutions that align with their goals.
Brad Hatcher
Chief Production Officer
Brad served 20 years in the US Navy as a Cyber Protection Team Operations Group Director at JFHQ-DODIN, Network Operations Lead at US TENTH Fleet, and multiple roles at DISA. He brings an exceptional record of senior leadership and achievement in global network operations and cybersecurity for multiple DoW organizations. His proven ability to optimize defensive ops capabilities, enhance network security postures, and reduce cyber risk further strengthens SealingTech's capabilities in an evolving near-peer threat environment.
Sam Morgan
Chief Financial Officer
With over 10 years of DoW experience in financial management, program management, and project controls, Sam brings a mission-oriented focus to his role. He has a proven ability to streamline financial operations, enhance systems, and lead teams through growth and change. Sam’s expertise in federal contracting and cost accountability drives both strong financial performance and informed strategic decision-making. He earned his BA in Business Management from Goucher College in Maryland.
Dave Shortt
Chief Growth Officer
Dave plays a critical role in driving SealingTech’s growth and success through the development of new customer partnerships, including with the DoW’s Defense Innovation Unit. For nearly 20 years, he’s supported US Government initiatives, becoming a critical leader in project management and business development. His impressive, comprehensive growth strategies continue to propel us into new global partnerships to support cyber operators across the US Armed Forces. Dave holds a BS in Communications, Digital Media from Loyola University.
Courtney Duggan
Executive Director of Corporate Affairs & Marketing
Courtney leads the company’s corporate affairs, marketing, strategic communications, and brand activation initiatives to drive growth across domestic and global defense markets. With more than 20 years of experience spanning cybersecurity, healthcare, and technology, she builds scalable marketing infrastructure and executes integrated campaigns that elevate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Jen Imhoff
Director of Contracts & Compliance
With 25+ years of progressive leadership experience in contracts, procurement and subcontracts for federal, commercial, and international arenas, Jen’s passionate about driving operational transformation, optimizing global supply chains, and leading teams to achieve impactful results. She’s a proven leader in streamlining procurement functions, negotiating high-value contracts, and guiding organizations through successful audits. Whether overseeing global operations, implementing procurement systems, or leading compliance initiatives, she excels at creating solutions that enhance operational efficiency and maximize value.
Nate Kugler
Director of IT & Facilities
Nate leads enterprise systems and teams responsible for security, reliability, and scalability across SealingTech. With over a decade in IT leadership and operations, he brings a practical, execution-focused approach centered on building technology that performs in real-world, mission-critical environments. Prior to SealingTech, Nate led IT, security, and compliance initiatives for highly regulated healthcare environments. At SealingTech, he continues to modernize infrastructure, strengthen security posture, and ensure IT enables mission objectives.
Ted Timberlake
Vice President of Human Resources
Ted brings more than 15 years of HR experience in the government contracting industry. Prior to SealingTech, he led Parsons’ HR team for the Engineered Systems sector, supporting more than 2,500 employees across diverse locations worldwide. He joined Parsons and SealingTech through the acquisition of Xator Corporation, where he served as VP of Human Resources and played a key role in driving Xator’s rapid expansion through organic growth and multiple strategic acquisitions. Ted earned a BA in English Literature from James Madison University.
