On the Road: Strengthening International Partnerships at CETATEA 2025

As a Solutions Architect at SealingTech, I’m always excited about opportunities to collaborate globally and enhance cybersecurity resilience. I recently traveled to Bucharest, Romania to support our partner STARC4SYS at CETATEA 2025—hosted by the Communications and Informatics Command (CIC) of the Romanian Armed Forces.  

The event was a joint technical exercise with representatives from Moldova, Bulgaria, and Poland. It gave me the opportunity to showcase our Cyber Hunt Kits and contribute to strengthening global interoperability with our allies to help maintain a combined front against cyber threats. 

Working alongside a regional leader like STARC4SYS who helped introduce me to potential customers from the government and commercial sectors, I demonstrated SealingTech’s customized defensive cyber solutions tailored to today’s evolving challenges. Events like CETATEA provide SealingTech a platform to share our expertise and knowledge, learn from international peers, and demonstrate how our innovations protect critical assets worldwide. 

My participation highlights SealingTech’s commitment to supporting US international allies in the protection of their critical assets and creating a more secure cyber environment for all. 

Showcasing Advanced Solutions for Tactical Operations 

At CETATEA, I collaborated with STARC4SYS on the content of our presentation. We focused on hardware and software for tactical communications, radio monitoring, and geolocation. 

Along with SealingTech’s Cyber Hunt Kits, other demonstrations at the event included:  

• The TCI Blackbird Software COMINT solution 

• The SIGINT Spectrum Dome solution from Rafael 

• The LASINT Laser Max Sentinel Photonics

• The TCI Blacktalon and Sentryx C-UAS solutions and the TCI Drone Detection software solution 

• The BRO Battle Resource Optimization Systems software suite presented by the manufacturer’s representative, Omnisys Ltd. 

• HWE1000 – Ultra Compact Hardware Encryptor portable encryption solution, presented by Headlight Solutions representative 

• Getac and Durabook rugged portable solutions 

• MOXA workstation and industrial networking solutions presented by the importer’s representative, Elmark Automation 

This impressive lineup showed the strength of integrated technologies in tactical settings. It was rewarding to see how our Cyber Hunt Kits integrated seamlessly, enabling quick threat detection and response for multinational teams. 

A Memorable Experience in Romania 

Beyond the technical side, my trip to Romania was truly enjoyable. Bucharest’s vibrant culture, historic landmarks, and welcoming hospitality made the experience enriching. From touring the city’s architecture to connecting with local experts, it reminded me of the personal connections that underpin our global collaborations. 

I want to extend my sincere appreciation to STARC4SYS for their outstanding support and partnership during the event. Their expertise in regional tech solutions made CETATEA 2025 a success, and I’m grateful for the chance to be part of it.
