Two years ago, SealingTech took on the challenge to help US warfighters optimize their defensive cyber operations by building an exquisite, mission-ready solution that would empower them to remain the strongest fighting force in the world.  

On our journey to becoming the sole Joint Cyber Hunk Kit (JCHK) provider for the Department of War (DoW), we knew that production flexibility and scalability would be key factors to our success.  

We teamed up with specialized system integrator and custom manufacturer NCS Technologies to leverage their 30-year large scale manufacturing experience serving the US Government. Discover how our strategic collaboration with NCS accelerates the production scale of our Cyber Hunt Kits while simultaneously delivering meaningful cost efficiencies for our customers. 

Spearheading Scalability and Cost-Effective Growth 

NCS’s technical expertise and high-volume production capabilities are at work building standardized base nodes for our Kits. This massive production boost will allow SealingTech to increase our delivery to more than 500 annually. This increase also creates cost-effective growth by reducing internal assembly time and enabling rapid ramp-up capabilities in response to the customer’s evolving mission needs

To facilitate rapid production expansion of our Cyber Hunt Kits, SealingTech and NCS have linked their operations in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. 

NCS’s 108,000-square-foot, secure state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Manassas, Virginia

Highly trained members of their production teams are working out of NCS’s 108,000-square-foot, secure state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Manassas, Virginia and SealingTech’s modern 35,000-square-foot integration facility in Stevensville, Maryland.  

This purposeful geographic alignment enables us to perform real-time decision-making and consistent continuity to produce highly reliable products quickly for the customer.
